When your water breaks, how long do you usually "leak"?

After my water broke I leaked for about 2 weeks until they had to induce.

Did you go to the hospital? Were you able to stay at home them 2 weeks?

Usually you can't stay home because of an infection. You have to be admitted to the hospital and be monitored because of water level gets too low they will take the baby. You also have to receive antibiotics and stuff. When your water breaks you usually go into labor. My oldest was born within 2 hours from my water breaking, #2 5 hours later, #3 12 hours later, #4 3 hours later. 👌🏼

I had my daughter 9 days ago and they induced because my water was leaking. Not sure how long it was but due to the risk of infection after 24 hours the doctor wanted me to deliver. I was 39+2. I was also put on antibiotics while in labor/delivery due to the risk of infection for me and the baby

@rileysmomma16, @halsey11 . I was in the hospital the entire time with IV and antibiotics hooked up to me and the monitors. I was only 30 weeks when it broke that's why they didn't induce

I was leaking for about 2 hours and whenever I stood up i was still gushing out water
