At 32 weeks or so I got the whooping cough shot I have asked everyone in my family to please make sure they are updated on it or they wouldn't be able to see my son until they got it or til he was a few months old... Everyone on my side has got it everyone on my husbands side has got it except my husband and he is not worried about it.. I've even told him I wouldn't allow him in the delivery room without it and its like its nothing he don't get why I'm mad... He keeps telling me I know a bunch of people that didn't get it and their baby didn't get sick... My point is my son is not everyone else's baby and I want to protect him while I can and if that means me having to get shots why wouldn't you!?!?! if its less likely he will get sick with everyone getting the shot that's what I'm going to make happen. He is like oh I'll get it next week sometime or at the hospital before he is born.. I'm 38 weeks pregnant why would you wait when my doctor already said he will probably be early and it could happen any day.. my husband just acts like I just want him to get a shot for no reason... sorry for the long rant :/
