looks like a bad black head. they can get that way. doctors can remove it easily, but i would get it checked out in case of something like skin cancer or something else.

I don't thinks it's MRSA. Those spots are usually have yellow/green puss and break open. It looks like a spider bite. I'd get it checked out just to be sure!
