is it normal to feel your baby's head in your pelvis?

I know my baby has been head down for awhile but she's gotten really low if I check myself I can feel her head and my pelvis feels like its splitting in half 😕 I hope labors not too far away @candacelouise

Lol. While I was waiting on your response I Checked myself and didn't feel anything. Earlier this week we had sex and my husband said I felt shallow and I noticed too. I was hoping that meant something good but when I checked I didn't feel anything crazy like a head.

I was standing in the shower when I checked I tried laying down but I couldn't reach @valrocks
