oh I said screw heels when I was like 15. I'd take flats over heels anyday! but we'll see if this eases up. woke me up out of a dead sleep. wasn't cool at all lol

lmfaooo nice !! yeah so try the warm shower . and massage your leg a little before the shower. try not to wear heels so it doesnt hurt @nessielynn
