Mine didn't, I didn't breastfeed. I think it really depends on how big they were before and how big they get. Some stay the size they were while pregnant and some go back to the original size

I attempted to breastfeed but was unsuccessful and mine didn't sag from that. they became super engorged and huge! im not even joking. they hurt so bad and eventually my milk dried up and they sagged a little bit from engorgement but my boobs are already big so I'm the only one that noticed lol im hoping after this baby they dont sag at all and I will be breastfeeding this time. @savvylynn1

my son is only 2 month and mine already sag. but then on the other hand my sister in law didn't breastfeed at al, they are also sag too.
