I have a question regarding discharge for whomever has experience.
Please help!!!!!
I had an infection earlier in my pregnancy but got treated for it. The infection caused A LOT of discharge (had to wear panty liners) and an odor and I had to shower all the time. But I took meds and I'm all good now.
Fast forward to now. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I haven't really had any discharge since my infection disappeared, but I just went to yhe restroom and low and behold, I have it in my panties. It's not like the infection I had at all. It had a very slight smell but honestly it wasn't gross smelling or infectious smelling.
Could I already possibly be dilating and that's why I have it now? I heard there is sometimes discharge when your cervix starts to open. I'm also cramping a bit. What else could it be?

it sounds like just normal discharge to me. I wouldn't worry, doesn't mean your dialating

I've had normal discharge pretty much this whole time, but it really increased starting around 30-31 weeks

@aj33, @eviesmommy I know it is normal so I'm not freaking out. I wanted to make sure the infection wasn't back and it's not. I had discharge only when I had the infection and then almost none. So that's normal for me- to not have it. But now, since I'm further along, I read up on it and it said " As your cervix begins to efface (thin out) and dilate, it may expel this mucus, and you'll notice discharge that looks like egg white or mucus from a runny nose on a cold day. You may even expel the plug in one gelatinous glob. This discharge might be tinged with a bit of blood. " I feel like that's what is occuring especially since it's accompanied with cramps.
