Depends on when they tell you, if they tell you early, they could be wrong, if they tell you at 20ish weeks, then it's more likely to be accurate. I would wait until atleast 20-22 weeks to get stuff but diapers and wipes are gender neutral. So I'd grab a pack when you can

Defiantly wait until your 20 week scan because at 14 & 16 weeks I was told boy so I bought stuff and then I went to a private place at 17 weeks & 3 days (yesterday) and I'm actually having a girl!
Well if you aren't doing a baby shower then buy away!! Lol. You could do a virtual shower! My sister did that when she lived in Texas and we were all in Nebraska.
