Straight fell on my stairway way landed on my knees thankfully I was holding on the rail for dear life 😢
called L&D but they said as long as I didn't land on my tummy and I'm not cramping , or bleeding I should be fine. and I have to pay attention to baby's movements.
has anyone else had this experience ??

Me! I tripped and fell on my hands and knees. I went to the doctor and told me the exact thing they told you. I heard the baby heart beat and it was normal . If I had any pain later to go to ER but no bleeding cramping so I went on with my day. You'll be fine
