I had it really bad for a while and the doctor put me on meds right away. Unfortunately, I had to get off of them because they interfered with other medications of mine, but they helped! So yeah just try to get in with your doctor.

@anerruny12, good! And reach out to friends and family you don't need to go through it alone! You can also message me if you need to talk, vent, rant or whatever. I totally understand coz I had it. And believe me PPD sucks!
