My left arm has been killing me for hours now and it's so annoying, it's not near or my shoulder…

My left arm has been killing me for hours now and it's so annoying, it's not near or my shoulder however luckily, it's more my forearm down to my hand and I don't remember my arm ever hurting like this. It's not like I'm putting pressure on it or anything either and it still hurts. I'm thinking it may be stress related because among other things going on with me trying to find a second job and juggling a lot of other stuff, my child's father and I have been on really rough terms and I know all of that has taken its toll on me physically (I've literally lost almost 10 pounds since my last dr's visit and my blood pressure was high today, but I've been eating and my doctor said that the baby's fine luckily) and work last night was a lot with the event and everything so I'm trying not to let it get to me too much because I know if I look it up Google will have me thinking I'm dying or my baby's dying when in reality I may just need to chill out for a second and relax
