Apparently...according to Joseph, I cant be excited about my mom and I getting close again because…

umm you should be allowed to be excited about it for the love of everything holy... if you and your mom are getting close again that's great, him and the other lady can get over themselves, you have a family as well, not just his family

@sarahdrew the other lady isn't even family, between the two of them they seriously have me feeling like i wont be able to raise her because neither of them nor anyone else but my mom listens to a thing i say. I am expected to go along with whatever Jeanynne says and i hate it! yet he wonders why I want to go home so damn bad

is Jeanynne having the baby?? no I don't think so (yes I totally just made a face at my phone lol) you are having this baby... if you say something people need to listen, you have your doctor and I believe I remember something about a specialist? and if they tell you something and you repeat it then by God people better stand up and listen.... of you say something doesn't feel right, then he needs to say "ok then let's do this" or if you say "I think I need to go get checked out" by God he better have that car started before you finish the sentence.... if you say "I think we should get this for B" by golly he needs to be on your side... and she can just get over herself, of she didn't birth you and she isn't birthing this baby them she can just take a seat and watch you do a fabulous job raising this child....

@sarahdrew girl that's how I feel, she doesn't listen for crap:( i can say don't smoke around her and she will say it won't hurt her.

Ummm yes it will their little lungs can't take it, and with an infant you have second hand and third hand smoke.... it can get into their system from just being on someone's clothes and skin (sorry that comes from the nicu) they don't have the same lung function as adults do, even at 40 weeks... my mom won't smoke around my kids, and she sprays her car with febreeze if she is driving somewhere so they aren't breathing as much of it in

Smoke will hurt them! We had our oldest at 16 and nobody would listen about smoking around him because it was their house! I had no where else to live so my son got constant ear infections! Like monthly. It got so bad he was going deaf in both ears and had to have tubes put in both ears. As soon as the tubes fall out he gets ear infections again. Now at 26 years old I can flat out tel people don't smoke around my kids or we won't be over. And you won't see them. Guess what, nobody smokes around them anymore.

@jenn61115 see that's my point as well i have asthma from being around cigarette smoke and it's bad. @sarahdrew she just shrugs and says well my kids are fine.

I think I would shrug her in the face🙄 people are ridiculous with some things.

girl I have learned that I have had to put my foot down and be a bitch so people know this is my family and I will raise my daughter how I want to because she is mine I will listen to what you may say but in the end it's my life like it or leave your choice. I had to because everyone was making me crazy when I was pregnant and the day I had her it took a month after having her I just said fuck it I am tired of this drama and my daughter should not have her mommy crying and dealing with this. it was hard for me to do it but well worth it.
