Ladies, I just had a really tight feeling on the right side of my stomach.. When I felt it it was hard and round and it hurt a little when I pressed down on it, it was weird.

I experienced braxton hicks for the first time the other night. it lasted 15-20 seconds. my doctor just told me to make sure I drink more water.

lol my boyfriend is trying to be strict and tell me to drink 5 bottles a day. There's no way. haha. but I'll do what I can do. braxton hicks suck, so if I can avoid them by drinking water I definitely will.

I always buy the 24 packs of water from Walmart, or whatever I can get. that way I have bottles of water at the house at all times. doctors also normally say if u have BH, try to lay down during just to relax a little, so as to not over do it. You'll be fine. :)
