I am 8 weeks along and for the last 2 weeks I have had an ultrasound where the heartbeat was in the low 80's. any idea of what this could mean or what could be causing it?

I'm sorry.... From my experience and friends' experiences, it usually doesn't end well. I hope hope hope you have a different turn out! Maybe it's a fluke!

all she said is she thinks I might be having a miscarriage but we have to wait until my next ultrasound on monday.

doesn't mean anything my daughters first hb was 119 which is low give it a few weeks :)
