does the TDAP shot hurt and where do they put it? They're making me get it.

on your arm and i couldn't lay on the side I got the shot for 3 days and had a fever :( but it's my 3rd baby and they say the symptoms for the shot get worse every time u get it

Arm and will leave your muscle a little sore. Just continue to use and stretch arm thru out day

Arm, it hurt after the shot just sore & had a knot for 3 days and that's all :)

Get it in the arm you use most because that will help with the soreness 😀

@love53 oh lord😩 I've already had it twice because your suppose to get it every 7 years so I was do next year but they informed me you get it every pregnancy also lovely lol i hate shots😂

it'll hurt like the tetanus shot because it is deep in your muscle but you'll be fine, it's just a shot. give it a week max, the next day will be most painful but the more you move it around and massage it'll go away quicker.

I hate them 2 :( or when they take out blood. I'm such a big baby idk how I have 5 tattoos lol

@marienoelle I thought Tdap Had tetanus in it. I've never had tetanus I don't think

it does, sorry I meant "because it is", I didn't place a comma there haha @hermommy . tetanus shot in general life though feels the same because those doses go deep in the muscle tissue unlike the flu shot

it doesn't hurt and dey give it to u in ur arm

@hermommy, in my opinion no shot in the arm is as bad as butt shots! lol it'll hurt for a few days like a knot but the more you move it the better, whereas you can't move your butt 😅😅 and you don't have to sit on your arm afterwards.

I couldn't sit down for a week😂😂😂 girl was I pisses at that nurse but my fever was so high they had to go it down @marienoelle

I didn't think it hurt after either of the two I've received.

I've had quite a few different injections even the intramuscular depo shot in my hip with the horse sized needle 😜 and the shot that always hurt the most was the Hpv shot. The pain was bad but the burning 😒 ugh. I'll take the pain to make sure my baby is as protected as can be though. 😁

@hermommy, It didn't hurt me at all. They used a baby needle lol. My arm was hardly sore after.
