is it bad that I'm not taking any breastfeeding/birthing classes because I don't want to?

Nope I never did It all by myself I breastfeeding my little man in till he was 18 months old

It's not bad, but do you know all you need to know or could know about childbirth and breastfeeding?

I didn't. I just went to lactation services at Kaiser when I needed help with breastfeeding but I didn't take birthing classes can't really prepare for something I never went through just had to do it.

I watched two of my nephews be born there through my sisters labors and everything... and with her oldest I helped her take care of him he lived with us for the first two years of his life.. she breastfed all three of her babies and is giving me her pump ect. so I believe I will be fine and I'm learning what my doctor is telling me and the ladies at my WIC office.. I know it's not going to be the same because it's different when your have your own.. but I basically know what to expect.. @raegenice

I didn't. I watched tons of YouTube videos on breastfeeding to learn how to do it. then the birth thing is something you can't prepare for. once your in that much pain your whole plan can change. I just did what I felt I had to once in the delivery room.

Then that's good. You'll learn even more along the way, don't even worry about it. Google and YouTube have a lot of info.

I didn't do either and my labor was pretty easy and I've been breastfeeding without any help and my son is 10 weeks old. It's rough in the beginning. I've had my sisters to turn to with questions though and it's amazing once you get past those first few weeks. 😊

@babyjjsmommy, @brandidodge @jaaym_ @mommytobe676.... thanks!!! I just didn't know how many people actually go to those lol I feel pretty confident in myself.. my SO and my bestfrien tell me I have a mommy's touch anyway lol even before I got pregnant

not at all! I'm not going to take any classes. I look at the past generations. we all survived without classes and all this new fancy stuff
