So my milk came in over night basically 😖 my boobs are so sore and bulging out . Anything to help…

😕 dang, sorry momma. a warm or cold compress, a warm bath, and trying to not touch them too much could help

@rargenice, oh man it hurts so bad. :( I can barley move and it literally happened over night . Lol thank you :) they just keep leaking and leaking :(

Do you have any nursing pads?? If not you should definitely get some. And welcome lol you'll get through it

a warm shower with the water hitting your chest will help.

I found out that warm showers helped wonders and also pumping helped also

@breebee123, I head of you squeeze them it makes it worst cause I am only 33 weeks pregnant

squeezing them just hurts. the shower or bath was my best friend once I started to swell up with the colostrum.

I was just trying to help I know how bad they hurt when they get engorged when your milk first comes in @mssasz90

@mssasz90, I know after I got my breast pump I pumped right away and felt relief for a while then they would fill up again and hurt even more and every time I'd get ready to shower they would leak lol good thing for nursing pads

@breebee123, yes I have to go get some soon cause I'm leaking like Crazy. It's so crazy how it happened over night

I know it is it's kinda weird I find it and amazing that we woman can have another human growing inside us and then be able to feed the little guys I find it amazing how we can do that.
