I am not for inducing unless medically necessary. It's better for your body or baby. But when I mention how next week me and my doctor are going to discuss induction.. Everyone freaks. Then they fail to realize why he will be induced... He has IUGR and is better out than in or he will be too distress to handle the labor. I'm all for opinions from my family and his but sometimes it's necessary to take a look at the big picture. I've done my research, I'm aware of the deal. Erg.

Yeah I'm not! I know they don't mean to be negative because there all nothing but supportive but it comes off as I don't know anything. We all have opinions but there comes a point where I get it but needs to be let go! In the end it is our choice reguardless and I know they'll still be supportive, they just want what's best. @sumria

Not to mention after 41 weeks the placenta isn't doing its job as well anymore, and after 42 weeks it's useless. Screw what they say. People love to talk. Not their body, not their child, not their business. ✊🏼😬

I was induced with my first and will be induced again. I didn't have a medical reason other than babies and I were/are both in optimal conditions for it and my body does better that way. It was very quick and not as stressful for us. I'm happy I was induced. the further along you get the more risks there are. I was only induced 4 days early so its not like my daughter wasnt fully developed. Dont let people tell you whats good or not. everyone's body handles labor differently whether its medically necessary or not. @shananaginsx

Well, I'll be induced at 39 since he hasn't been growing and is really small. So my placenta has pretty much already stopped. So that's why and I do ignore it. I know they do it cause they care but still. @tlanes

Yes and I actually have a reason. I want him to bake as long as possible but if he's not baking while he's in there, might as well let him bake out here and be better off during delivery or my chance of c-section goes up. I know it's cause they care but they don't realize. I'll be 39 weeks so he will be as ready as he will be. Cause at 37 he was only measuring 34 and barely 5 lbs. @momwife1316

It is nice, and I know they will be. It's just frustrating because I am a first time mom but it's not like I don't know anything. They are trying to help but it's not helping. @sumria

Surprisingly, no one on here! Our families opinions, which is because they care and are trying to be 'helpful' but they aren't.. Like I don't know anything. They mean it well but it's getting annoying. 😔 @emkasting
