I used it for one month after spending $140 on a 3 month supply and my hair fell out in big chunks! I stopped using it and it hasn't happened since. I still have a bald spot where the hair won't grow back.... I tried to send the unused stuff back for a refund and they denied me and told me that I could only get a credit for other wen hair care products

The stories are horrible but my hair can take a lot but it didn't fall out at all I use it til this day been using it for almost 3 yrs
