I had one yesterday! They do avoid those pressure points though. My masseuse massaged me from head to toe and focused on my back a lot. It was heavenly lol

I did but didn't notice a difference for labor. most massage therapist will avoid those pressure points because they don't want to be the possible cause of labor.
