Getting a dull but strong ache in my lower back with what feels like pressure and also really achy hips. I've never experienced back pain or hip pain like it, any ideas what it could be? Babies still wriggling away and I've not exactly over done it today either! Only had it since I had to hold a wee in for quite a while

they say you usually get lower back pain at the beginning of labour? any other signs? I had a terrible back in the end it ached so much. I was 11 days over though 😅 @beccastirlingx xxx
