How soon should the doctor call back after almost two weeks of performing a Pap smear & running tests?

No longer than 2 wks, I'd say no news is good news, mine only calls if there's a problem

I never liked the no news is good news policy. I usually call for results after a week just to be sure nothing was just misplaced because it happens.

@michellevaldez4750, lol yes that's true. Because sometimes they wait to call you even after two weeks with knowing something is wrong.
