Hi ladies! My doctor prescribed me Fluoride Supplements. Half our city has well water and half Has city water. I bought a water distiller and have been using anyway. When I asked my doctor about these Fluoride supplements they want me to take she actually wasn't sure of any benefits! How do you ladies feel about this? Have you had any experience with this?

Being that I am big on natural medicine and wellness, I have done my share of research on flouride. Under no circumstances would I take them. I have well water where I am, and my babies all came out just fine without it. Flouride can actually cause health problems . In Europe, they dont even put it in their toothpaste at all because of the health risks associated with it.

I don't think I'd take it either the little bit I do know about fluoride isn't very good.

Thank you! I'm trying to go all natural and haven't even taken a pill (besides prenatal) during my pregnancy. Don't think I'll be taking them. Thought it was so weird they prescribed them to me after reading about them. Thanks for your input ladies!
