Yeah I asked my ob about it and she didn't recommend it because it could start labor. It's the nipple simulation the sucking like a newborn. I don't know if squeezing your breast would do the same thing but def something to ask your ob.

also I think your milk comes in after you have the baby right now its just colostrum its your milk duds forming girl try putting a warm wet cloth on it see if that might help

Everyone is different.. youre milk can come in super early or your colostum could be super abundant before the milk comes in. milk "normally" comes in anywhere from a few days to a week AFTER birth. Nipple stimulation can definitely cause labor and contractions that are extreme..
