Morning everyone! So I have a random question... would you give your child the same name as your partners ex? Not after them or anything, just because you like the same haha. And by ex I mean anyone they have called their "girlfriend" even if for only a few months

I wouldn't personally but I like different names and if I know someone with that name it's not an option, but it's entirely up to you x

No. My partner suggested a name for our first daughter that was the name of someone he dated and I was furious, and stopped discussing names with him. Seems like a bit of an over reaction now, 6 years later, but at the time, with the pregnancy hormones lol x
