OK so today I have been having pains in my stomach but I can have the pain on my left side then 3 to 4 hours later I will have thenm again and it's like doing this on both side of my belly but at different times what could it be plz help I am so worried

they are considered to be braxton hicks. BH for short. they are common. For me what i do is rub my stomach take deep breaths and drink water. @soontobemommy18
