@bethelliott, yes I know your pain ! It went away for me , guess I'm lucky . But hot baths and heating pads always helped

That's all I wear is sports bras and it just seems to get worse and worse every night. I even have it in the day. I hope That's what it is, it's just expanding it definitely keeps me from sleeping. @miranda941

Also maybe try getting a bigger length I was a 32 now I'm a 36 due to my ribs

I had this same problem . One don't wear a bra with a under wire. And your rib cage is probably expanding to make room for baby . Getting a new bra , a sports bra helped me big time !

The babys probably in your ribs. Im 37 weeks and it still happens to me.
