do any mamas know if I can take plain mucinex while breastfeeding? or if there is anything I can take? I have had sinus drainage for 2 days now and tonight everything decided to settle in my chest and I'm miserable.... I know if stuff dries up sinuses it will dry up milk but I didn't know about stuff to get the gunk out of my chest
