depends on the state I believe, I get fruits and veggies, cheese, yogurt, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, peanut butter, and beans I believe. and how did you have it before you were pregnant @amaperalta03 ?

I get lots of different choices. Breads, milk, cheese, fruits and veggies, eggs, juice, cereals. Some things are even allowed as organic!
