my hands are swollen, my cheeks are red and hot, my arms are aching to the bone, and i feel so awful…

my hands are swollen, my cheeks are red and hot, my arms are aching to the bone, and i feel so awful like i just wanna lay down and sleep. I checked my blood pressure an hour ago and it was slightly high (for me) 121/72 and I just checked it again and its 126/80... I know that's not terribly high but its higher than its ever been this whole time I have been pregnant. I don't know if I should be worried or not but I know that something definitely doesn't feel right.
