I can't enjoy my pregnancy at my boyfriend's house because everyone only cares about his brother's girlfriend

I hate telling my boyfriend I don't want to be at his house but seriously ever since they found out his twin brothers girlfriend was pregnant , everyone over there has only cared about her pregnancy and baby. No one ever cares to ask how me and my child are doing its always all about her. I can't even enjoy my pregnancy being over there because she lives there now. I know I sound selfish but I want to enjoy my pregnancy not somebody's else's
