Hey ladies!

I have some questions. This is my first pregnancy and I honestly don't know if what's going on is normal or not. My mom is no longer with me, so I have noone to ask about these things. Anyway the last couple of days my lower back and hips have been in some serious pain. It doesn't matter how I sit or lay, even hurts while walking. I have a bad case of being light headed and dizzy, just standing, walking, sitting, or laying down it hits. It is an all day thing. I have some sharp intense pains in my lower pelvic area when I take sudden movements it just about doubles me over. I go for my 15 week check up next Wednesday so I'm trying to wait. I have just been kinda staying at home and relaxing. Also has anyone ever been sicker in the 2nd trimester than the 1st? I am kinda worried about all the pain but part of me feels like since it's my first pregnancy it's just my body moving and adjusting. Any tips or advice is appreciated!

Your body just preparing for the baby growth ... Drinks a lot of water for the dizziness or you could drink milk

All of those symptoms sound pretty normal for 14 weeks. be 3x training careful going up and down stairs right now and try to not get too hungry or you might get even more dizzy! also stretching is good for the hip back and leg pain :) good luck!

Yes your body is going stretching and losening up and that's going to cause some pain the dizziness is normal but it's normally upon standing too fast maybe your sugar could be low? I had problems with the last pregnancy with low sugar and had the symptoms you described.

I have 3 boys and now I'm having a girl and this pregnancy is so much different than with my boys. I'm sick as hell all the time. With my boys it was only in the mornings and only in the first trimester

I'm 19 weeks and when I get those kind of pains it's because the ligaments in your stomach are stretching to try and accommodate the growing baby.
