Are they timeable? If they are. It's probably contractions.

Everyone's body is different. You may or may not be contracting. I've gotten the same feeling and it wasn't contractions, just cramps. I'd call your dr if I were you. Could be serious or could be that your body is just prepping for delivery. Better to be safe than sorry

If they are coming and going then it's contractions. When they first start , they're not too bad
