we've never cried it out... just our preference.. I believe emotional bonding is crucial the first month's of a newborns life.. I don't think they're ready for any sort of independence or self soothing after being kept so close to your heart, safely cocooned for 9mo.. can you blame them?

my birth mom let me cio a lot.. we have no relationship..
