been awake since 12 and i cant not go back to sleep due too my tooth pain its hurting ne like MF i wanna go in to the dentist but then again im sacred to get X-rays done but its really killing me it hurts so bad idk what to for the pain i dont wanna be popping pills after pills just for 30 minutes then again the pain will come back omg what do i do i tryed some home remedies but nothing should i just make an APPOINTMENT for later one today ugh

yes go in... xrays are fine at this point in pregnancy and they should have a lead gown for you.

I would call to see if they will take you, my dentist doesn't do anything once you hit your third trimester. if they do take you call you ob and ask them to fax over the list of do's and dont's so it speeds up the process of being there.
