yea it a school night and people have to be up for work. so complaining to the city in the morning. I mean he has his porch light on trying to now his whole yard. its dark.

Why the heck do people lack consideration for others? I feel your pain with that neighbor. there should be certain times people aren't allowed out of the house until unless it's an emergency tbh lol

Noise ordinance. If you have one it should be illegal to make that much noise at 4 am.
