ok this morning i was talking to my boys school nurse and i got really really dizzy i sat down for a little bit and felt better then it happened again a hr later and i was sitting that time and then just again a few min ago and i was laying down what is causing this and should i call my midwife tomorrow morning?

That sounds like how I was before I found out I developed hypoglycemia. Maybe that?

this happens to me all the time. I'll just be sitting down and get these horrible dizzy spells. I usually throw up after. I have gestational diabetes though

it can be sugar levels off or blood pressure off. Your midwife will check both right away once you let her know.
