I've never heard of a baby sprinkle until recently. I don't really see the difference besides not asking for big stuff, which I wasn't going to do anyways.

@mommyof3andahalf, I think every parent should have one for each child.

I do too. I know someone that's had 5 girls in 7 years and she has one for every kid. and I always go, and bring something. I don't mind it. I enjoy it.

This is my fourth pregnancy as well. But sixth child. I decided to do a sip and see no baby shower. But it's basically done after baby is born. A baby shower where the baby is in attendance, you celebrate baby so she'll be special too. Plus gifts are optional but still welcomed.
