god is good!! called one of the nurses for my doctor on call and she said to drink or eat something and lay on my left side and do a kick count of at least 4 within an hour, if not any then come in she said. well after drinking some milk i lied on my side and for 7 strong kicks in a row! thank you, lord. now my mind is at ease for now.
