Well a boys scrotum sac is formed but the actual testicles don't even begin to descend until week 22. And won't be fully descended until late in pregnancy and sometimes not until after birth. So I don't think that is a testicle/ball you are seeing. Doesn't mean it isn't a boy. It is most like a nub or part of the umbilical cord.

my boy at 16 weeks. his parts are really small. your baby could be really gifted and have big boy parts already lol or be something else?
