@vb95, we use to be really close until she became this way because I don't agree with what she's doing.. I don't know the law in California about parents smoking weed.. im aware that I should call child services but im not sure if it's allowed

That is just so maddening to hear. I can't imagine ever putting anything in front of a child. I mean as moms/mom's to be we should be willing to get our life for our kids!!! just some people ):

@dohmommy2016, she has a mind set of a 17 year old she doesn't want to grow up.. even her sister tells her she needs to grow up.. but she cant and it pisses me off how she wants another kid when she can't handle her kid now she gets annoyed of him ... she says he's the reason she smokes because he stresses her out.

I don't want to sound mean or something, but if you want something better for this kid call someone! this kid doesn't deserve this and I'm sure later on he will thank you, if his mother don't care at less you do, do something!

@neni0424, everyone in her family knows how she is.. they have talked to her she doesn't listen and the only way she will learn is if someone calls child's services but I wouldn't even know what to say .. I don't know her adress anymore just her name and number

Ya it is fucked up unfortunately since it is CA there's a lot of moms who do that since smoking is so common here

Ca law would remove the child. Regardless of medical recommendation. If the child tests positive for marijuana it would be even worse for her. Ca law does not allow mothers to put their child in danger. I'm pro marijuana but not in front of children. That's just irresponsible. Especially leaving edibles in reach of a child. I've left one on a table and my dog ate it and I about died of guilt I couldn't imagine if my child got it.

Girl, if Child services end up for some reason finding out about her, and they know that you knew about it and you did not do anything about it you as well can end up getting charged 😕
