Anybody else tried the raspberry leaf tea for labor?

I'm going to try some of that when the time comes

I got it from the herbal shop but I know they have it at walmart too mime just wouldn't restock-_- you can take it both orally, or also it will have more effect if you break the coat and rub it on your cervix to get it ripe. I believe the people at the herbal shop told me it's okay to take it like four times? if I did it both ways so once orally and at my cervix in the morning and then the same at night right before I went to bed so it wasn't as likely for the oil to come back out

do yu just stick the pill in the vagina @maceysmommy? the capsules are found where vitamins are?

yep shove it up in there as best as you can and yes it should be in the prenatal area
