Breastfed baby's poop shouldn't stink, right?

My sons poop always smelt kind of sour when he was breastfed

Yeah, his smells kind of funky. Kind of worried he has an upset tummy. He usually never cries and he cried bad after I fed him last night and he just did it again, and was spitting up a lot. I gave him gas drops last night and they must've helped, just did the same and hoping it relieves him again.

Yeah it sounds like he has a little bit of an upset tummy, something you could've eaten maybe didn't agree with his little tummy @babyjjsmommy

That's what I was thinking. I don't remember eating anything out of the ordinary though. @vb95

I would just monitor him make sure he's having enough wet diapers and his mouth is moist, does he have any diarrhea?? @babyjjsmommy

It looks like diarrhea to me, but I know breastfed baby's is supposed to look sort of like that anyway. He did just have a complete blow out and it was really watery.

both my kids always had the normal watery smelly breastfed poops.
