hallelujah! my 5.5 week old went to sleep at 11pm woke up at 330-415am, and slept til 8am(in his own crib/room)! I slowly started him on a semi (tons of flexibility) sleeping schedule and bedtime routine. I feel so refreshed!
he's been fighting his daytime sleep for about 1.5 weeks and thinks he's going to take a long evening nap, don't think so! Ive been making sure he's up by 8-830 for at least 1.5 hours! I didn't think it would start working so soon! 😀😀 @myliltadpole1116
Lol yea that's the trick that worked for us haha. After we got passed that I started with a simple routine that we still do. Lights dimmed, his sleepy time music and a long nursing session in the rocking chair. We don't even rock him to sleep anymore either. Unless he's not feeling well
