one of my really close friends went to an acupuncturist and left in labor 😊 she was 39 weeks, so it might be a combination of relaxation and being so far along but I'll try it if I'm over due

I was doing this last night. Felt some cramps & baby moving but that's about it. Gonna try again today.

I did some reading up on it and it says it helps to have someone else do it so you can focus on visualization. so just walk up to some rando and be like hey can you press down here for x amount of seconds and then move to here? hahaha
