Please help me! Earlier I had a not so great bowel movement that ended with blood and pain then to make matters worse it clogged toilet it was horrible 😖😖😖 well the bleeding finally stopped but the pain didn't what can I use on my butt to take away this pain please it hurt to sit or any of that

@bre_bresee, yay to me being able to use my epsom salt and I bet you can feel it all now! And yes your cutie was all worth it
epsom salt will be good btw :) at the hospital they gave me a thing called a sitz bath and its a little bowl that sits in your toilet and you put warm water and epsom salt in it and sit for like 15-20 mins and it feels so good! and it wasn't bad! i had an epidural so I couldn't feel him actually cut me but now I'm def feeling a decent amount of pain 😥 everyday is a little better though. alll so worth it!!

you tuck it in between your cheeks where the pain is and it will relieve it for a while. and @henrysmommy is right, alternating hot and cold will help! hot will soothe and icing brings down swelling :) good luck! I'm dealing with a lot of pain down there from delivering and my episiotomy so I def feel your pain 😥
@henrysmommy, ok thanks so much I think I will soak tonight and do you know if epsom salt will irritate it or will it be fine to add in the water just curious
No, I was going to. But I started using these "toilet wipes" that are helping on their own. I've read that sitting in a tub with warm water, and then wiping with a cool wipe or towel will help. Just switching from warm to cold
@bre_bresee, really? I have some witch hazel pads here I just wipe with them? And the icing sounds like a good idea for the pain that I'm in

witch hazel pads, a donut cushion or dermoplast will all help! if it is a hemorrhoid the witch hazel pads will definitely help. maybe try icing too. icing relieves swelling
That's what happened to me and I found out I have a hemorrhoid
Take a bath!!!! Trust me it'll help
