Forget whether or not something is bad for your baby or not, or whether it is bad or not. If it's ILLEGAL why would you choose to do something that would jeopardize your ability to raise or even see your baby. Having a baby means you are responsible for them. What message are you sending your child by breaking the law? Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean you get to pick and choose the laws you follow.
