okay so i have called out from my job a couple times in the past 90 days more because that place is work from hell. but for two of the days I used my PTO hours which mines I still get paid for not being there. Now my manager was telling me that I have to get a paper filed out by my doctor for my maternity leave so that they take away four days from there.. i didnt make any sense... can they do that?? ..

some companies require you to take all pto prior to them starting to pay you for maternity leave

Def call your human resources dept cuz some companies can do that if you've been taking too many days off, but I'd double check it doesn't fall into a different category 👍🏽
