I am hoping for a natural birth but I don't want a water birth in case I need in epidural am I able to talk to my Dr and see if I can have a bath or a shower to relaxe?

it depends on the hospital. the hospital I'm delivering at has a birthing tub that you can labor in but can't give birth in so if everything goes the way I want I plan on using that tub to my full advantage

At my hospital they offer you a jacuzzi to get into or a bouncy ball ect they have it all the birthing room
