She's had three kids lol but when she would do it it's just above room temp.. and she'd heat the water before mixing the formula @babyaddi

You can heat the water before adding formula but you have to make sure to stir it around and check the temp on your wrist before giving it to baby.

@santistevanmommie, I knew that lol my sister taught me the basics when I was like 11 when she had my first nephew she showed me all that it just caught me off guard when @babyaddi said not to heat in the microwave lol I am a ftm though so any feedback is appreciated!!

They just recommend that it's not done but as long as you're careful it's alright
